AGADIR CITY TOUR (3hours)
This is an introduction to the city you are staying in. The tour is devoted to discover the interests of Agadir; crossing the old touristic zone up to the remains of the 16th century Agadir Oufella Kasbah once a walled town before the earthquake, after that down to cross the old Talborjt the busy commercial and residential zones of Agadir with a stop to visit the factory of Argan oil extraction and to finish with is the highlight; the marvelous Souk Al Had before returning back to the hotel.
This tour will help you to get familiar with the resort.
INEZGANE CITY TOUR (Half day)
Inezgane is located 8 kilometers from downtown Agadir. (15 minutes’ drive)
The town, renowned for its commercial activity and known for its market, has a large number of wholesalers and retail stores.
The economy of the city is mainly focused on its many markets: the Tuesday Souk Tleta, the small daily market, the large wholesale market which is the hub of the fruit and vegetable trade of all of Morocco, the leather souk, the cattle souk, the grain souk. The souks of Inzegane are truly magical.
After arriving we take you in a walking tour starting by the Mellah (Jewish quarter) then the narrow streets where craftsman are working in their workshops. Here you discover the traditional side of Agadir that escaped the earthquake of 1960.
TAGHAZOUT VILLAGE
Taghazout is a quiet fishing village on the Atlantic coast in Morocco. It’s situated 19 km north of Agadir and 152 km south of Essaouira in the foothills of the western part of the High Atlas range. Tourism is probably the most important source of income of the locals.

Wandering around town while taking in and capturing the bright and beautiful colors of Taghazout will turn even the least photo-savvy of travelers into bona fide pros! Walking through the sleepy streets of this little village and quickly winding up on the tranquil beach as the town’s fishermen were bringing in their fresh catches of the morning will forever be etched in my mind.
TAROUDANT AND TIOUT
Town and province of the Region Souss-Massa-Draa, east of Agadir, Taroudant was a trading post on the way of caravans coming from Saharan provinces (Ghana, Sudan, Mali). Thanks to its gold and silver mines, the town developed remarkably in the 11th c and it had indeed a great influence over Moroccan civilization. Surrounded by red ochre walls, Taroudant is one of the most elegant towns in the south. Taroudant rich bazaars reflect a strong art craft tradition. Taroudant does not have a real ville nouvelle. Most of all, the city is contained within the wall that was built to protect the city from any possible attacks. Today it remains as a precious historical monument.
Tiout is a Berber village situated in the foot hills of the Small Atlas Mountains surrounded by oasis of thousands of palm trees, Lunch is served in a fortress Kasbah or within a local Berber family house (Tagine and couscous, seasonal fruits and mint tea). Meet Berbers in their small fields an experience that will take you many centuries back.
PARADISE VALLEY (Half day)
This trip will take you hiking to beautiful Paradise Valley, an oasis with fresh natural pools surrounded by palm trees and breath taking mountains, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and the highlight, if you dare, cliff jumping. You will be picked up at your hotel and driven to Paradise Valley. On the way you will visit a traditional women cooperative where you can learn how Argan oil is processed by Berber women. You can do a little shopping from a variety of biological and natural products made of Argan. After arrival, hike to Paradise Valley and settle down for a beautiful day at the natural pools, perfect for swimming and chilling. For the more adventurous, the cliffs are ideal for cliff jumping.
IMOUZZER (Atlas Mountains & Berber villages)
Imouzzer is seventy-two miles from the bright lights of Agadir high in the hills (alt 3,600 ft.) where the High Atlas meets the sea. The drive from Agadir is, at first, barren and rocky but soon giving way to a winding mountain road that twists through the most dramatic scenery of palm trees, limestone gorges, bubbling fresh water ravines and verdant tree-clad hills. Imouzzer has a small local market every Thursday and is noted for its outstanding honey made from an exotic range of mountain flowers which is served locally either en nature or with crushed nuts and Argan oil. A track from the village leads through olive groves to the foot of the spectacular waterfalls (available during rainy seasons) The trip to Imouzzer leads you to discover the first North Africa inhabitants “The Berbers “or “The Amazigh” real life in their Berber villages meet the curious shy kids’ faces.
ESSAOUIRA-MOGADOR (Harmony city)
Following the spectacular Moroccan coastline crossing the foot hills of the Atlas and passing by many Berber villages before arriving to this old Moroccan city where passed many civilizations and inhabited 3000BC. This is a charming old fortified fishing port on the Atlantic coast that the Portuguese named Mogador to take advantage of the Trans- Saharan trade routes, the city was rebuilt in 1760 and named Essaouira before it attracted a great number of foreigners as well as a big part of the Jewish community in Morocco as it became Morocco’s international port and trading center.
See the impressive town fortifications consisting of an amazing mixture of Portuguese and Moroccan military architecture. Explore, the spice souks, the jewelers market, different artisan markets and the carpentry workshops devoted to cedar and thuya cabinet making. Essaouira has attracted artists and musicians from different parts of the world and you will see some of their works in the different art galleries of the city. You will end your walking tour of Essaouira in the harbor with its stalls of freshly caught barbecued fish and you may want to end your tour here and stay for lunch.
MINI DESERT & TIZNIT (Silver city)
Tiznit, 15 km from the Atlantic, 100 km south of Agadir, restored in 1882 by the Alaouite Sultan Hassan 1st who endowed it with a 6 km wall encircling the Medina, centered on the Source Blue which made reputation of the city, it allowed the irrigation of the gardens around the ramparts. Tiznit has acquired a great reputation for its Silver Jewelry and especially the Berber jewel, the Fibula, which has become the flagship symbol of Berber culture and identity.
1st stage: Visit of the traditional pottery factory (optional).
2nd stage: Tiznit visit of a Silver Jewelry Factory (optional). And a tour of the walls and the interior of the Medina by car.
3rd stage: The Sand Dunes and the short walk in the sand is very pleasant. We can take beautiful pictures. After a short half-hour walk on the dunes, arrival at the locals, a hearty and delicious lunch awaits.
4th stage: The Youssef Ben Tachefine Dam (panoramic view of the lake and beautiful landscapes). And back to the hotel.
TAFRAOUT (Small Atlas Discovery)
Tafraout, a small town located 165 km southeast of Agadir, in the heart of the Western Anti-Atlas surrounded by pink granite rocks of amazing and strange shapes, rising above a palm grove, a forest Argan trees and plantations of almond and olive trees, since it is a mountainous region, the inhabitants have prepared small terraced fields to grow cereals, especially barley. This is one of the best excursions in the whole Agadir region. Departure from Agadir at 8am. After Ait Baha we cross a Spectacular Mountainous site, Exceptional period in January / February when the almond trees are in bloom. There are beautiful, unique and picturesque landscapes. Once you arrive in Tafraout, you will be treated to abnormal, strange, surprising and very pretty forms of rounded Granite Rose suspended at the feet and summits of the mountains. Lunch in Tafraout! (Meals not included in the price – to be paid directly on site). Head for Tiznit (photo break or coffee at the Col de Kerdous at 1100 m altitude). In Tiznit we will make a small visit of the ramparts by car and a short stop (optional) at the Silver Jewelry Factory.
MARRAKECH
Start your visit to Marrakech from the Koutoubia minaret, an imposing symbol for the city since 800 years, go into the Bahia palace and discover its lovely courtyards and late Moorish architecture After lunch, From here it is your free time walk inside to visit the “Hidden sides of Marrakech” where you will discover the oldest building of the city dating back to the 12th century as well as the artisan quarters and the colorful Souks to interact with the real life of Marrakech and end the tour on the main square, Jemaa El Fna where hundreds of locals and tourists come to spend the end of the day watching jugglers, dancers, fortune tellers, story tellers and traditional musicians.
